Responsibilities

  • Analyze, diagnose, repair, and/or resolve issues related to testing equipment.
  • Install and validate testing equipment.
  • Implement continuous improvements.
  • Perform calibration and verification of testing equipment.
  • Provide corrective and preventive maintenance for testing equipment.
  • Report necessary changes in the testing equipment database.
  • Manage standards/Golden samples.
  • Control parts and spare components for testing equipment.
  • Availability to work overtime when required.
  • Execute other activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1 To 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the maintenance and operation of electronic equipment.
  • Knowledge in identifying electronic components and production materials.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical installations.
  • Ability to interpret product specifications (datasheets).
  • Root cause analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic testing equipment such as multimeters, frequency counters, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, RF power meters, hipot testers, oscilloscopes, RF generators, and audio analyzers.
  • Skills in soldering electronic components (PTH, SMD, SMT).
  • Preferably knowledgeable in metrology.
  • Competency in computing and software management.
