Overview

The Associate Manager of Regional Product Marketing supports the execution of product marketing activities in the assigned region. This role assists in understanding customer needs, coordinating product launches, and supporting the development of marketing materials. The position works closely with the Regional Product Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering market intelligence, technology trends, and identifying customer needs with associates from other Shure locations.
  • Support the execution of regional product launches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of product marketing materials.
  • Assist in developing training content and tools for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support in demand forecast, pricing analysis, packaging coordination, and product documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities.
  • Help organize product training sessions and demonstrations.
  • Act as the internal product lead, ensuring sales teams are well-informed and equipped to effectively present and sell the product to channel partners.
  • Support research initiatives and compile findings for internal use.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; qualification in Engineering or Electronics Engineering is considered an advantage.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product marketing or a related role, preferably in the Conferencing or IT industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with SAP is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
