In this role, you’ll:

 

  • Support strategic growth initiatives by helping plan and execute impactful field events and programs that showcase Shure’s industry-leading products.
  • Collaborate with independent sales reps, providing training and tools to replicate successful programs in their local markets.
  • Engage directly with customers, gathering valuable insights and feedback to help shape the future of our products, programs, and services.

This position will be remote from Phoenix, AZ or Denver, CO area!

Responsibilities

  • Assists with developing and executing education programs and presentations to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of Shure’s product categories.
  • Identifies, researches, evaluates, and prioritizes market leads and opportunities to reach potential customers outside of Shure’s current revenue stream.
  • Schedules, coordinates, and conducts training sessions to educate independent sales representatives and dealers on product benefits and sales techniques.
  • Arranges technical and logistical support for conferences, seminars, clinics, and other special events,
  • Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of education/training efforts in all markets.
  • Monitors on-line forums as assigned and reports on items of interest to Shure.
  • Provides support to Product Planners and Product Marketing Specialists on product lines.
  • Monitors and reports on competitive activity, both from a product and market development standpoint.
  • Assists with developing, through outside partners, multimedia education tools to supplement face-to-face efforts.
  • Manages inventory of demo equipment and loaner stock.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience with a basic knowledge of audio principles and equipment and learns to use professional concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Demonstrates the ability to interpret and apply procedures to address routine challenges.
  • Follows established guidelines and best practices to analyze information and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Up to 20 weeks of travel annually – including some weekends - is required
  • Detail oriented and well-organized; good time management skills

PAY TRANSPARENCY
Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry’s top talent. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $57,000 to $96,000. This position may also be eligible for our incentive pay program, which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
